yes but remebr to that that fight concludes every time the wrod is mentioned searchably, not nessaciarly because theres that many sites solely on the topic of shotokan, i call everyone here over blackbelt sensai just for fun, i did not mean to offend.

It didn't ofend, just confused me. Not fully adapted to karate culture and I though you only call those who train you sensai.

your right, you do only call your teacher that in the dojo. im simply convinced thought that if im good enough, my art can defeat muay thai or anything else that comes my way. (BTW, saw your other post, looking for a muay thai victory over my art huh? good luck!) :D

I forgot what the purpose of this thread is.

Let's see what do I find I like about shotokan? I think it is one style that has the free-est exchange of information of the Japanese/Okinawan styles.

And with the popularity of the style there are more of both McDojo's and good dojo's. It is easy to find someone to train with in different areas.

I took shotokan under sensei adrianne ellis when i was about 9 now i take it under sensei stephen bandy and in my oppinion shotokan is one of the most physicall and mentally demanding martial art.
