Tobias_Reece
Karateka Thankyo I was juts intrigued, because I thought you practiced shotokan, but I know that Kushanku Dai is a not a Shotokan kata - its called Kanku-Dai C ya "You Are Never Given A Dream Without Also Being Given The Power To Make It True. Karateka
For tournaments, we will have to learn the Shotokan version of it. The new rules and all. Out of the 60+ kata I know 14! Not a large number but still a lot of Kata. "Never hit a man while he's down; kick him, its easier"Sensei Ron Bagley (My Sensei)

My NEW favourite kata is tekki Sandan, I love it to bits.
