You'll be amazed at what training kung fu can do for you.

With a style like Mok Gar (Mok Family Style) you cut down on the chances of running into a phoney teacher. It's a rare style to find in this day and age.

Being taught alone as one style that is.

Aha! Excellent. Not sure if I could cope with it though, as I'm very slight, weak boned, stiff legged and have a complete lack of stamina...
 But you're humble. Doesn't that count for anything?

This is what i hav read about mok gar kung fu.Its one of the main family styles of kung fu along with lee gar ,hung gar, lau gar and another i cant remember. It has many powerful kicking techniques and the prationers also learn how to take a kick to any part of the body (special man area included).Hope this helps.

I'd quote bruce lee but to me he's just another person who got lucky
