There is an instructor a convenent distance from where I live, and I was just wondering what sort of advice anyone can offer as to what it's like and what is involved in learning it. I am of fairly light build if that makes any difference.

Thanks.

It would be good for a light build but it really depends what you want to take a MA for. For learning quick selfe defence techniques I would go for Krav Maga or Jujitsu. Mok Gar will be a long term comittment to gain the full benefit from the art. Here is a web sight I found on it.
