Waht is the lineage? What does the style emphasize? Waht are the strengths and weaknesses? The katas are the kyokushin katas (ie mostly Goju Ryu and Shotokan katas) plus it has some that are unique to Seido. Some might say it is a watered down version of Kyokushin.
