SaiFightsMS
That is a common question. KarateForums uses the belt system to reward posters for participating. The more posts you make the higher your rank goes.
BKJ1216
I actually don't like those things. They always seemed to encourage spam on all the other forums I've been on. White Belt- Shudokan Karate
monkeygirl
KF has a very tight grip on spam, so you needn't worry I think the belts are nice and for those who legitemately post and earn the belt, it's a cool feeling of accomplishment. Guest
I practice Seito Matsumura Shorin-Ryu. For those who are interested in such things the politically correct lineage is Tode Sakugawa -> Nabe Matsumura -> Hohan Soken -> Fusei Kise. Fusei Kise is the 'certified' owner of the system by the japanese government. FlailingLimbs
Ach, man I practice a lot of things... I primarily do Shotokan/kyokai karate. Secondly, I do Shito-ryu. On hiatus: Jiujitsu. up next: Brazilian Jiujitsu. I don't think I'll ever quit shotokan, unless I'm seriously injured. Or I get screwed over somehow. They've got me like flies to $%^&. I'm going poor! I can't afford to be doing all this! ===================When cornered, kick 'em in the spetznats. If that doesn't work, run around acting like an epilept + flail your arms about while whizzin' in your pants, then fall down foaming at the mouth. They'll be so disgusted THEY will walk away from the fight....
