HachiKyu Posted March 13, 2003 Share Posted March 13, 2003 Hello fellow people of martial arts, I am doing an English paper on the application of shotokan kata and will include but not limited to breathing, stances, body and hip rotation, why we do kata, what is kata for (learning), polishing of moves. My main subject is kata application and all those sub-subjects fall under if anyone can give me information on any of the above or additional information i would much pleased thank you.
