davie Posted March 13, 2003 Posted March 13, 2003 Hi I'm new year and just thought I'd say hello. I'm from Scotland and have just started Taekwondo and Muay Thai. Using it to get fit and have always been interested in MA. I've noticed so far the Muay Thai training is a lot more physical and I was shattered after it. At 26 it might take me some time to get flexibility.
