Go to a the store and pick up some calcium suppliments (where they sell other vitamins). I don't think this is the kind of thing where you can expect someone to give you a name brand of calcium and an exact milligram per day that will will be best for making your shins better for shin kicks.

Strengthen your Chin bone by using

 

little round wooden stick about 3 inches diameter.

 

Roll this slowly from light to hard on your shin bone.

 

Thai boxer may use Wine glass bottle to hit

 

lightly and repeatly on shin bone.

 

My advice is to web bottle with some cloth as

 

pad for beginner.

 

Every time after doing this, you need to put some

 

"yellow oil" on your shin bone.

 

I am not quite sure what "yellow oil" call in English.

 

Anyway, some kind of medicine to prevent you

 

suffering from injury.
