Roll this slowly from light to hard on your shin bone. Thai boxer may use Wine glass bottle to hit lightly and repeatly on shin bone. My advice is to web bottle with some cloth as pad for beginner. Every time after doing this, you need to put some "yellow oil" on your shin bone. I am not quite sure what "yellow oil" call in English. Anyway, some kind of medicine to prevent you suffering from injury.
