mindsedgeblade Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 19- and wish it were earlier. Never really had the opportunity till I got to college. Only exposure I really had before were the Ninja Turtles and Jackie Chan flicks. So now I'm learning the bo and want to learn the sai- go figure. :edit: Soon I'll also begin double short sticks and sword. The best of all the Turtles. Not sure when I'll get around to nunchaku. DKizzle Posted March 21, 2005 Posted March 21, 2005 I took TKD for about 3-4 years starting when I was 9. Then I started taking Kenpo last May and I'm still doing that.
pers Posted March 24, 2005 Posted March 24, 2005 1984, sounds so long ago when seeing it written down. Many years left to go anyhow. Yes ,I started in 1984 in shotokan at the age of 24 .Although I had 3 or 4 months back in 1976 but that was not really that significant. never give up !
