I was 12 when I started (although two months after I joined I turned 13). Like Mike said, I wish I had started even earlier.

I can't rember the exact age. I know I had to be under 7. But I quit after two classes (immature 7 yeard old in karate, good idea).

10 years ago last month (feb of 93) I was 15 o the days.
