Sam Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 not necessarily..... both take advantage of the laws of physics -sometimes laws that werent known before the ideas were developed....They both take advantage of impulse and conservation of momentum..... i would personally say soft is easier [physically] to apply whereas hard can take years of training to develop the ofrce..... where as soft take years to develop the accuracy and control.
