jiu-jitsu fighter Posted March 9, 2003 Posted March 9, 2003 you would probable be better off doing some tkd to get you started, because ninjutsu is really bad(from what i have experienced) i have a yellow belt in the system and from my experiences, the techniques are completely unreliable and will get you killed "When we go to the ground, you are in my world, the ground is the ocean, I am the shark, and most people don't even know how to swim"
Kensai Posted March 10, 2003 Posted March 10, 2003 A yellow belt huh? I am sure thats about as good as it gets......... I on the other hand have a much different experience. My old teacher Shidoshi John Gardener (9th Dan), was pretty amazing. Just find yourself a good teacher and a system YOU are comfortable with. If you train hard, then you will get good results.
SoulAssassin Posted March 10, 2003 Author Posted March 10, 2003 I have taken some TKD and I dont find it to my liking.. Ninjitsu just seemed exotic and not everyone takes it.. something fun though I am interested in, pressurepoints, chokes -SoulAssassin"I aint gonna eat, I aint gonna sleep, aint gonna breath till I see what I wanna see and what I wanna see is you goto asleep, in the dirt permanently"
dark_adjudication Posted March 27, 2003 Posted March 27, 2003 Any school that is associated with the Bujinkan http://www.angelfire.com/pa5/phillybujinkandojo/index.html Or look up the Warrior Information Network on the net "There is only one tactical principle which is not subject to change; it is, 'To use the means at hand to inflict the maximum amount of wounds, death, and destruction on the enemy in the minimum amount of time.'
