BKJ1216 Posted February 27, 2003 Posted February 27, 2003 https://www.usadojo.com , that's a very very good site, it's got practicly every type of style I've ever heard of White Belt- Shudokan Karate
hongkongfooi Posted February 27, 2003 Posted February 27, 2003 well not 1 mention of the style shukokai karate http://www.quill47.karoo.net
Kirves Posted February 27, 2003 Posted February 27, 2003 Wado-ryu is quite respected style here in Finland. It is mostly traditional karate with lots of kata bunkai, but at higher levels, it incorporates techniques from Jujutsu (because the founder of Wado-ryu was also a jujutsu master).
RF_Brown Posted February 27, 2003 Posted February 27, 2003 Go here for a good history of the style. http://www.bournemouthwadoryu.co.uk/articles/wado_history.html
hobbitbob Posted February 28, 2003 Posted February 28, 2003 try https://www.wadoworld.com There have always been Starkadders at Cold Comfort Farm!
mArTiAl_GiRl Posted March 17, 2003 Posted March 17, 2003 I'm a wado karateka here, but also shito-ryu karateka Wado-ryu has a bit jujutsu in it and the founder was also a jujutsu master. Wado-ryu karate is not so artistic as shito-ryu or goju-ryu and not so effective as shotokan kata's, but it has it's own good ways also Kill is love
