Ziggy Posted February 24, 2003 Posted February 24, 2003 At the moment I am doing a lot of bag work at the gym I go to. Have found it great for building stamina (doing 2 min rounds followed by 1 min rest) and practising those combinations. I tend to use a harder bag (especially when kicking) and it is also good for shin conditioning. Definately suggest investing in one!

Anyone have any experiences with these stands? I understand you have to put a couple of 20kg weights on the pegs to stabilise it, but how effective is one of these for incorporating footwork too?
