KerouacKev Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 (DISCLAIMER This might be a stupid question with an obvious answer, if so please feel free to abuse me). it's just that on Berutoron's 'what style..' survey after Shito-Ryu it says 'The Forbidden Word' and i have no idea as to what this alludes to [/b] The easiest way out is always through.
monkeygirl Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 The answer to this isn't obvious if you don't happen to curse on the boards. KarateForums has an automatic profanity filter that censors out bad words. Sometimes, however, foreign words contain bad words that the censor filters out. Think about the first four letters of Shito-Ryu, and I think you'll get what I mean Because of that, people used to have to type it like S h i t o - Ryu to keep it from getting replaced with a *. However, it's been fixed now. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
SaiFightsMS Posted February 20, 2003 Posted February 20, 2003 The problem has been edited. The same question should not crop up again.

However, it's been fixed now. .... seems monkeygirl let the "cat out of the bag" (so-to-speak). Although now you know there are "ways" around it .... I wouldn't try it!
