Oh, Laurie, I got Niel Adams (GB JUDO CHAMPS) book today on arm locks! REALLY good, I suggest you get it. @ Submission. I did get choked a little, gotta love it though. In fact, most of the time i have made my classmates tap with Chokes. But i have been choked back, and guess what? isn't pleasent. lol Once we were doing chokes and i had this guy trying to do them on me, always got wrong. Then intructor comes gives him a hint, Boom, there I was tapping for my life. lol I also felt my head falling from the rest of my body. lol Chokes are a great weapon. P.S.
