KarateKen Posted 17 hours ago Author Posted 17 hours ago In recent weeks I have been doing a simple one-minute meditation. It has been about three weeks of this and I find that it is a good fit. I am more relaxed and more mindful of what is happening around me, and what I am doing. One minute a day. Heck of a deal!
