sensei8 Posted October 12 Posted October 12 I've been filming myself as well as my students as well as any other training for a very long time, a priceless tool, because the camera never blinks and give an honest critique whether one likes it or not. Like the floor, the camera is in unforgiving. **Proof is on the floor!!!
