I second this.  This is a vastly underutilized approach to training.  I always think I'm doing one thing, and then when I see the video, realize I am not.

I've been filming myself as well as my students as well as any other training for a very long time, a priceless tool, because the camera never blinks and give an honest critique whether one likes it or not. Like the floor, the camera is in unforgiving.
