I was wondering... all of you guys have practical advice why not share the knowledge with AVIs or MPGs like on a website somewhere. Free Obviously, Information should be free. I say this because some people learn visually and others by reading. I think seeing it in words that sounds cool but I don't have a clue what it looks like or how to do it. alot of us are interested in Muay Thai but there are no Instructors near where we live just a thought maybe some beginning kicks or something, stretches.

Hrm, that is a good point. Perhaps some kind of uplink from user's webcams/digital camcorders would be interesting. The best way to do it now is to record yourself doing the technique (or find somebody else who already recorded it), upload it to your personal website (if you have one), and provide a link. Links are much better than embedded directly in the post, that way it doesn't take too long to load.

I haven't had any formal training, but I have been alot of gang and prison fights so I do know what to look for and here are some good sites with pictures of techs. Have fun.

These are pretty good. The best thing I can tell you is try these techs. and when your friends get out of line try the effectivness of the techs. on them, that's what I do. We practice by having submission sessions. Boys will be boys.
