monkeygirl
It started at 6??? Argh, when I came in it was 9 pm and just a bunch of fighting. I enjoyed watching the Reyes fight and the fight after it, but the fights were all kickboxing and didn't help me much. I prefer watching the kata competition to pick up new moves. 1st dan & Asst. SaiFightsMS
Sorry Monkeygirl it was all breaking and kickboxing no forms. I wonder what the programmers have against forms?
karatekid1975
The one fight was good (The first one). But I didn't watch much of the kickboxing. I was working on my form between breaking shows We taped two and a half hours of breaking. The one at 11:00pm was a bonus. It wasn't advertised. They showed one from 1999. It was cool. Oldie but goodie. I'm not much of a power breaking fan (I like creative breaking, which they did show ), but my boyfriend and I had bets going LOL. That guy Mr. Fields is awsome, and the guy Chip something. He's blind in one eye. I hope they show forms next time Laurie F
KickChick
Sorry Monkeygirl it was all breaking and kickboxing no forms. I wonder what the programmers have against forms? If you look at my post on last years televised showing http://www.karateforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=4735 ... you will see that breaking/forms/sparring are taped and televised on different days.... perhaps we just missed it http://64.207.13.28/mysmilies/otn/confused/shrug03.gif
