I happen to be fluent in Tagalog and Ilocano(A dialect in Northern Luzon). I lived in the Philippines for several years teaching martial arts and working with provincial law enforcement. If you ever need information about the Philippine Islands go ahead and ask. I love the country and love talking about it.
