Zaine Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 I have a couple of thick tbones defrosting for a nice dinner that I got on sale. I'm pretty excited. Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.https://www.instagram.com/nordic_karate/
DarthPenguin Posted July 31, 2023 Posted July 31, 2023 Myself i find that salmon is a good quick meal - can lightly spice it to preference and stick it in the over or the air fryer if really pushed for time. That plus some rice takes about 2-3min prep time max and usually tastes good too!

That plus some rice takes about 2-3min prep time max and usually tastes good too!I tend to do this at least once a week, on a night that I have class and need a quick one to cook up after. I usually season it with lemon-pepper, fresh rosemary, topped with lemon slices. I either steam or bake a vegetable and make a side of rice. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
