Montreal got off to a 2-0 lead in the first, the Sabers came back to tie it 2-2 and send the game to OT where the Canadines win 3-2 and advance. Tough way for a good Sabers season to end, losing in OT of game 7 at home, but it was still their best season in almost 20 years and they will be back. Congrats to the Canadians as they now face the Hurricanes. Game one is on Thursday in North Carolina. 1
