We usually do a short warm up consisting of stretches, pushups and that kind of usual stuff. Then we do some falls.

 

Pair off and do some "classical techniques" (these techniques we do with little resistance and from a grip to practice the basic movement of the technique)

 

After we do some of that we go into self defense drills, either the entire class or in small 2 or 3 person groups.

 

Such as a self-defense line in which the class lines up and one by one attacks you (anything goes)

 

We do KI exercises but not very often.
