JR 137 Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Another advantage of buying from a bike shop is them fitting the bike to you. Not just the frame size, but all the small stuff that truly makes all the difference - seat height and back and forth distance, handlebar height and angle; stuff like that. A few millimeters and/or degrees may seem trivial, but they’ll make a huge difference when you’re logging mileage every day. Proper fit is probably the most important long-term thing to keep you going.
Andebecouble1953 Posted October 1, 2020 Posted October 1, 2020 Men's Cruiser Bike??ORMen's Mountain Bike??I'm 6ft tall...what size bike?? 26"...29"??Doctors, all of them, are pushing me to get a bike seeing that swimming pools are closed where I live; public or gym pools.Last bike I had was a Schwinn Road Bike...some 10 years or more ago. What do you all think??Thank you!! Id say a Mountain, just in case you plan on doing off road biking.I would choose the same but after all it depends on your taste.
