i study brazillian jiu jitsu three days a week two hours per session...starting next week we'll be doing one class per week no-gi since tournament season is starting around here soon.

4 days a week .. 1.5 - 2 hours each session.

 

saturday - 2 hour open mat sparring/training

 

i cross train in karate(used to), kickboxing, and western style boxing

Just returned after 4 year recovery period...I am training 2-3 days at the school, daily reviewing new curriculum at home. Starting next month I plan to start increasing class attendance and conditioning.

i train monday tuesday thursday friday saturday in Qwan Ki Do from 19.30 -21.00

 

monday wednesday from 1700.1900 judo

 

i also go to school in the mornings.
