Kensai Posted January 15, 2003 Share Posted January 15, 2003 Not enough. Normal Week: Tuesday Aikido: 2 hours Thurday Aikido: open mat 1 and a half hours. Sunday Judo: 1 hours 45 mins. Starting next month I plan to start increasing class attendance and conditioning.
