i need help controling energy in every kick and punch...

You didn't say how long you have been training. That is a common phenomenon for people to encounter when they first start training and try to do the very best they can.

 

To some extent that goes away with conditioning and more practice. And to some degree that lessons as your technique improves. And then there are other factors as well; such as learning how to make your techniques flow into one another.

Relax

 

Great advice. Especially your shoulders. When they are tight then your punches really suffer. It takes your whole body to do an effective technique and when you are tense you tend to throw punches with just your arms or kicks with just your legs.

I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
