THANK-YOU LADIES!!!! :grin:

 

As I think everyone but you misunderstood - it wasn't my technique that was the problem - it was my balance due to my equilibrium...I was so frustrated and didn't understand why I could nail it one day and the next I kept falling on my butt! I was simply trying to convey to people here that yes - you are allowed to have an off day - due to illness or whatever - and that it's no reason to be discouraged! I have since returned to my regular routine after my vacation and lots of rest and am working out as usual with no problems. Angus - not sure what you're referring to - could be cause I just woke up :razz:
