Angus
It depends what mood i'm in man... I work out to songs like Eye of the Tiger by Foreigner, and Limp Bizkit and Metallica and Rage Against the Machine - "**** you i won't do what you tell me!!" But i like sitting back and listening to Creed and Pearl Jam, and a little R&B like Craig David, and i'l listen to Jewel, i'l even listen to Bach!... I love everything that's catchy. but when i'm working out it HAS to be heavy! Angus. Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear. Goose
I have a varied taste in music. I like everything from Southern Rock, Heavy Metal, Punk/Goth, and Classical. In fact the only type of music I don't like is modern day chart music _________________ Warmest Regards Darryl Garrick (aka Goose) This Message was edited by: Goose on Jul 15, 2001 1:35am This Message was edited by: Goose on Jul 15, 2001 1:36am Goose6th Kyu Shotokan Karate9th Kyu Okinawan KobudoKarate International Black Belt Schools (UK)

Patrick
For future posters on this thread... I asked "What do you listen to?" not "What do you listen to and down a style of music that someone else listens to." Ok, cool. thaiboxerken
I'm a heavy metal fan and hard rock alternative. Korn rocks!! This kind of music in the background while training raises the intensity of class.
