SBN Doug Posted January 9, 2003 Posted January 9, 2003 "Fermentation changes the the chemical structure of the tea leaf and allows key flavor characteristics to emerge." OK, KSN Doug, here's your chance to shine. Explain how this happens in detail. I'll have to wait until Patrick adds a molecular modeling software attachment to the board. ZR440 Posted January 13, 2003 Posted January 13, 2003 Sounds like an excuse that Dilbert would come up with. It's happy hour somewhere in the world.
monkeygirl Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 I just make iced tea .... 2 gallon jug with 4 bags of plain, 1 bag Earl Grey...NO SUGAR!! I hate sweet tea. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
SaiFightsMS Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 I don't like mine sweetended either Monkeygirl. I think by the time people get done dumping sugar and lemon in it I might as well be drinking syrup. My favorites are mint something and almond delight.
rb Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 I just make iced tea .... 2 gallon jug with 4 bags of plain, 1 bag Earl Grey...NO SUGAR!! I hate sweet tea. Yuck. I was on a work term in Louisiana and ordered some iced tea. When I took a sip I nearly spat it out . Guess it's a cultural gap between some parts of the states. Another thing I couldn't quite get used to was mayo and fries.
SaiFightsMS Posted January 20, 2003 Posted January 20, 2003 Mayo on fries????????? I agree YUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
