Oh I'm learning the forms in class but I practice at home constantly and it is difficult to remember every movement. I would like to refer to a video (watching it over and over). We only go through our forms once (I now do about 12-13 forms) and the new ones we begin to learn we do maybe once or twice step by step then "free practice".....

KickChick,

I have the videos and the cdrom http://www.comdo.com/cdrom.htm and would recommend the cdrom, as the patterns on the cd are viewable in full motion, one move at a time and frame by frame.

Check with comdo to see if your computer operating system is compatible with the cd.

True .... could do that I suppose.

Would be nice to have the whole series of bb forms in my possession though. Not even our 4th dan knows all of them (we have changed our dan requirements because of affiliation with a new TKD org. so no. of forms for each dan level has increased)..... He is even trying to catch up!

.... seems the colored belt series is only available in cdrom :(

Sorry KickChick the old grey matter isn’t working for me today, are you saying that the coloured belt series in video format http://www.comdo.com/video.htm is no longer available, or the cdrom only contains the coloured belt patterns? If it’s the latter, I can assure you that all 24 patterns and the 2 fundamental exercises are contained on the cdrom.

Respectfully,

P.S. Congratulations on the 3000 posts, you have contributed a lot of valuable material to KF and helped make KF one of the most informative and friendly online resources in the martial arts community.

Keep it up

Thanks tkdlegend for trying to offer some assistance with that link however those are not the Chang Hon forms (ITF not KTA)

what are you affiliated with now?

Our school is now a member of the ITU http://www.taekwondo.to/ and uses all 25 forms of the ITF .... and forms are included on their site also.

It's just that I though this video (Black Belt series) would be easier for me to view and better quality.

John... I see the price of the colored belt series and though as I only really need Kwang Gae to Moon Moo I would look into the BB Series.... (which is only available in video.
