JumpDaddy
Regarding starting too late.....In 10 years you will be 30, you can be 30 with a black belt, or 30 wishing you had started when you were 20!

ramymensa
I for one began my martial art training in Tae Kwon Do at age 33 to develop all the same things you mentioned! Wow. 33. And I thought I was old at 22. Well we are not old we are ... how you say ... ripe Well age is not that important. What counts is dedication seriousness and joy. And you'll succeed. You've got some other possible role models here, Katana, and it will be OK. Train hard and frequently, try to have fun and be inovative in your technique. Give it a try, put some passion and the results would astone you. Good luck. World Shotokan Karate
