Zlatan Posted December 27, 2002 Posted December 27, 2002 I'd like to know what other martial artists, abs routines are. I curentley do: 4 x 20 twisting crunches 4 x 20 leg raises or reverse crunches 4 x 100 body twists I do this routine every other day
