Hello to everyone. New to this sight but been around other forums for some time.

started training as a kid back in 1978. took a few years off but started again as a teen in 1984.

my first style was shaolin Kempo karate. i have also trained Aikido under Fumio Toyota in the A.A.A. organization and also studied Authentic Rinzai Zen in the Daihinzan Chozen -JI linage that co- trains in Jikishinkage Kashima Shinden Ryu sworsmanship. my primary traditional style since 1993 has been Uechi Ryu karate.

dabbled some in TKD, Goju-ryu and BJJ. For the last 10 years i have also been developing and working my own brand of Combatives for civilian self defense and self protection.

glad to be here and looking forward to some good discussions.

Welcome to KF. We're glad you're here.
