Alan Armstrong
Which one do you relate to more, calmness or being hyper?Calmness does induce clearer thinking, which reduces unnecessary panic and confusion.Hyperness can provide effective explosive energy; which can also waste valuable energy.Or perhaps you have your "Keep calm and carry on" all figured out? bushido_man96
I'm not a hyper person, nor do I really consider myself "high-energy." But I wouldn't say that I'm calm all the time, either. I'm pretty laid back, but have been known to get amped up at times, too. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
MatsuShinshii
Calm by nature and explosive if needed. JR 137
To quote a great Rage Against The Machine song...I’m calm like a bomb.I try to wait until it’s time. The older I get, and the more experienced I get, the better I get at wait for that right moment.

I know it's uncharacteristic for me not to write a novel. I'm learning this more and more as I get older, especially with young adults in the room that I have to spar with. They are just too fast and athletic for me try to play keep-up with them. So find myself blocking a lot more, moving when needed, and throwing strikes that will land. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
