Hello from Thailand

No, I am not doing muay thai. I am not as crazy as you guys .... LOL

Originally, I am from Berlin, Germany, but I hated the cold weather so I decided to move to Asia. I used to kickbox under WKA and WAKO rules, did a bit of boxing and traditional karate. Martial arts are not very popular in Thailand except for TKD. There are a couple of commercial BJJ schools around, too and free Tai Chi inside the parks at dusk and dawn. These days I am just sticking to fitness training but looking for an opportunity to take up martial arts again or open my own school over here.

Welcome aboard! :karate:

I find t interesting when you say that Martial Arts aren't very popular in Thailand, I kind of figured it was a bastion for various Martial Arts. Hopefully you get the chance to open your own school over there!
