singularity6
My wife and I just made an offer on a house. So far it's just been handshaking, but things are definitely in motion. Paperwork will be signed today! And boy, is it a house! Brick exterior~2200 sqftPlaster wallsHardwood floorsLOTS of storage; space is well usedPartially finished basement (room to train!)VERY well-maintainedMy only qualms are that I won't have enough space to swing my sword... so I can't easily get back into iaido. 5th Geup Jidokwan Tae Kwon Do/Hap Ki Do(Never officially tested in aikido, iaido or kendo)

MatsuShinshii
That is great news. Congrats! LLLEARNER
Congrats on the new house. You could always swing your sword outside in the winter and call it conditioning.
