JR 137 Posted December 8, 2017 Posted December 8, 2017 Why wait? Who better to experiment on than your own? Basic punches, kicks, knees, elbows, that sort of thing. Kids love hitting a kicking shield and focus mitts. They also like blocking pool noodles and those blocking bat things.
