moobrack
Same here. I voted for nunchaku because They are easily consealable and if used properly can have an overwhelmingly huge effect. _________________ Anthony Bullock 1st Kyu Karate International Black Belt Schools (UK) (Moderator of health and fitness forum) This Message was edited by: moobrack on Aug 19, 2001 10:37am This Message was edited by: moobrack on Aug 19, 2001 10:38am Anthony Bullock1st Dan Black Belt - Shotokan Karate5th Kyu Yellow Belt - Aiki-Jutsuhttps://www.universaldojo.com Coming Soon

ts757
I've voted for sai, because you can conceal it up your sleve, until sutch a time as you can stab your opponent in.... vital areas.
angiewinter
the sai is a very usefull weapon, IF you know how to use it!! Tobias_Reece
Nope, sorry TS757 The sai are a difficult weapon to use, be it in the street or in the dojo. They were designed to be used against swords, but as you're not going to encounter a sword in the street, (maybe a knife, but the nunchkau can deal with that), so that cancels out that. Compared to nunchaku, the sai are a lot harder to do damage with, as are easier to block/evade. Also, the nunchaku has the psychological advance. If you perform a continuous figure-eight swing, then the opponent is gunna be scared. My 2 cents "You Are Never Given A Dream Without Also Being Given The Power To Make It True. iamrushman
i vote for other because my choice is the cane a very practical weapon. due to the fact that it is assumed that the person with a cane has some sort of affliction or is handicapped, giving them the upper hand from the start.. it also works as a short staff with a hook. and it needs no concealed weapons permit to be carried and can be carried in the open. rushman (karate forums sensei)3rd dan wtf/kukkiwon"saying nothing...sometimes says the most"--e. dickerson
PortAdian
I say kama, ok nunchau's r good but they don't really do much damage, And a bo? can't really hid that in your pocket and the is way 2 noticable. And then there is a sai witch is practically a VERY heavy knife, but only good for stabbing . But kamas on the other hand have good reach. So you can slice em or chop em. Plus they conceal very well and u can throw them that's my skit of a fight
