skullsplitter Posted March 12, 2018 Author Posted March 12, 2018 I have a wonderful update on this young lady....this weekend just 5 months after this awful wreck she showed up at a regional event and competed in forms division. She was shaky, stumbled, off balance at times, but it was the most wonderful form I've ever seen. Her parents have shared her goals list she made while bed ridden and her last item was "I will compete again". Now it's time for a new list of goals.
sensei8 Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 She embodies the maxim that says...7 times down, 8 times up; no quit in her, none whatsoever!!That's something to smile about; thanks for the update skullspltter!! **Proof is on the floor!!!
MatsuShinshii Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 That's fantastic news. Glad to hear she is on the road to recovery. The person who succeeds is not the one who holds back, fearing failure, nor the one who never fails-but the one who moves on in spite of failure. Charles R. Swindoll
