pinklady6000 Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 I have started twirling some bamboo sticks just for the fun of it.I find that my feet start moving every time I hit with the rear hand. The foot on the rear strike automatically moves backwards, as if I am hitting with a rear cross.I find this is a gentle way of warming up, before I start my usual routine.I know nothing of weapons training though.pink wild flowers
