I've quite a few tennis ball drills that I do, whether it be during a class that I'm teaching, or during solo drills, but I must admit, I've not ever seen this one...I LIKE IT!!

Thanks for sharing that, Alan!!

Thanks sensei8.

The tennis ball is just one of those things that is versatile to train with; as if great minds think alike LOL.

Just throwing a tennis ball against a wall alternatively throwing and catching with each hand helps coordination and also helps with improving punching skills.

Now simultaneously hold a tennis ball with the outside part of the chin and the inside part of the shoulder, will help with the boxing guard position; being in a (classic) preventive knockout to the chin stance.
