I pretty sure that is his name. Did you all know that he is in Tae Kwon Do and Mauy Tai Kickboxing. He is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. According to the article I read on him (which is in black belt magazine) he says martial arts kept his life on track. He also thinks the show fear factor really has no point and it is not a reality show. The show he hosts he is very blunt about. Of course according to the article he is blunt a lot....says whats on his mind. He does stand up comedy too.....hmmmmm.......

Martial Artists seem to be into many different things in which MA helps them in.....hmmmm..... :) . Read the article if you want to know more on him.

...I'll have to check out the article. Thanks for posting!

I know he has been the color commentator at some UFC events.

He also had a starring role on NewsRadio where he played Joe Garelli, the resident electrician at WNYX Radio. He also recently released a comedy album on Warner Bros. Records titled “I’m Gonna Be Dead Someday.”

He earned his black belt at 15 with just two years of training. He was also the Massachusetts full contact tae kwon do champion four consecutive times. By the age of 19, he won the U.S. Open Tae Kwon Do Championship, and as the lightweight champion, he went on to beat both the middle and heavyweight title-holder to take home the Grand Championship.

Not bad! ...(looking either! :brow: )

I love the show, really puts the whole mind over matter thing in perspective, but anyways good for Joe I never knew how accomplished he was :)

Goju Ryu Karate-do and Okinawan Kobudo, 17 Years Old 1st kyu Brown Belt in in Goju Ryu Karate-do, & Shodan in Okinawan Kobudo

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both....and surpass the result.

aw, c'mon you guys ... you don't like the show??? :D :-?

Don't most people enjoy watching certain people out there that would do just about anything ( I mean ANYTHING!) for 50 thousand dollars.

I'm sorta happy & content where I am, with what I got after watching them down a couple shots of some cow vile after chewing up a dozen slugs. There is only so much I would do for $$$ .... not that I am fearful or anything :D

Yeah, definitely mind over matter.... or hard up for cash!
