SaiFightsMS
I have a question for you 20 somethings then. Do you feel different training now than you did as a teenager? How big are the difference you see in your outlook in life compared to your sedentary peers?
WhiteShark
27 is me I feel vastly superior to my sedentary peers (I wish I was kidding) As far as fitness changes goes in my teens I was in great shape. I was the swim team captain and a cross country runner. But just a few days ago I did my first 1 handed pushup. Which leads me to believe I might actually be in better shape now!!! I previously thought I'd never be in as good a shape as I was then. Rock Paper ScissorPunch Knee Kick^ME^ ^MY DOJO^
