Shootfighter Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 from 1 to 10 (10 being the fastest) how fast do you think you are?
karatekid1975 Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 Do you mean in Martial Arts? If so, I say I'm around a 4. But it's getting better. I have a lot of power, though Laurie F
Kyle-san Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 It depends on who you're putting at the top of the scale. What would be considered "normal". I'd say I'm around a 6 or 6.5; faster than most, but not that great.
Karateka_latino Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 It depends... on Martial Arts , 4-6 out of 10 Running to the Bathroom after eating some burritos... 15 out of 10
Kensai Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 I think I am about a 5, but I have good balance, something that Aikido promotes well, so hopefully with the aid of good balance my speed and power will increase. Take Care.
shotochem Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 If we are talking about foot speed and agility I would say a 5. Hand and reaction speed Im a lot quicker. There are many different types of speed. There is certainly a difference between speed and velocity. It really is tough to rate on a scale. Pain is only temporary, the memory of that pain lasts a lifetime.
ZR440 Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 Running to the Bathroom after eating some burritos... 15 out of 10 Not making it in time....-10. It's happy hour somewhere in the world.
KickChick Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 .... well that all depends on what you are referring too ... Speed in kicks? ... punches? .... footwork? ....Overall---> yeah mid range --- 5
ZeRo Posted November 22, 2002 Posted November 22, 2002 if the average person is a 3, i tihnk im probably a 4-5
kicker Posted November 23, 2002 Posted November 23, 2002 It does depend on what your talking about, so I would consider myself to be around a 4.5 to a 5. when you do your best it`s going to show. "If you watch the pros, You will learn something new"
