Luther unleashed Posted September 12, 2016 Author Posted September 12, 2016 Thanks both of you, she's doing good and nothing was handed to her. She's in the fight of her life, literally! To help me in class with other youth students as she does is pretty amazing. Hustle and hard work are a substitute for talent!
bushido_man96 Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Sometimes being able to pitch in and help out with everyday things can help to take the mind away from that, if for just a little while. It probably helps her more than we know. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Luther unleashed Posted September 13, 2016 Author Posted September 13, 2016 Yeah actually bushido my kids of been helping me from the day I started because it's awfully hard to do it without help but that's how I started out. I'm always trying to give them breaks when I can because I always feel bad having them help out in class when I know they're getting a little tired of it and want to do other things. At some point I started to realize that as long as I'm not overworking them it is very good for them and obviously especially for her. I think your statement is very correct. Many times she was struck her shoulders when it's time to go to class because she's not always up for it but I think once she's in it even though she might not realize it it is doing her a lot of good mentally. Hustle and hard work are a substitute for talent!
gunner Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 I pray she has a full recovery. Ditto what the others have said. Sparring is honesty the rest is art."If you allow it, you'll have it."
