kenpo4life
Like I said, I am looking for just 10 people at the moment. I know it sounds small, but my room is kind of small for now. I am curious, in the digital age, where do you even put physical flyers anymore? I actually would like to do that because school starts in a few days, and I know there is potential there. If my survival means your total destruction, then so be it.
DWx
Karate instructors ought to concentrate on teaching Karate only. Adding boxercise or anything else should be left to somebody trained and qualified to do that.I'm curious as to your last statement. What qualification would you need for boxercise? Our cardio classes are not all that different from what we might do over the course of normal training, only the intensity and quantity is higher. We do sit ups, press ups, sprints etc in normal training. Only in the exercise class there is a lot more of this and the public can attend. Body conditioning is just as much a part of Karate as kihon, kata and kumite.
