Muay Thai - i guess because we use elbows and shin kicks Jui Jitsu - grappling and takedowns i actually like to think that its a style of its own (im probably wrong but thats what i like to think) Does it teach you more than just hurting people? again i dont understand what you mean. if you mean spiritual stuff, thats up to the person but theres not any in shootfighting that i've seen. i just got home from training and im tired so sorry if i didn't explain good enough. i'll try to find a good site for you to look at.
