Does anyone know of any good websites where you can either download videos to learn submissions, or just a how-to kinda thing? Im interested in any and all types of submissions / joint locks ;) Kinda like a walkthrough or something would be great. Thanks !

I'm sure there's tons out there, but the one I've been picking techniques from is:

They have some pretty good stuff from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

 

Like I said, I'm sure there are plenty more...I'm interested to hear of some as well ;)

my advice to you is to take a private lesson every 2 months or so to correct anything that is wrong in ur techniques

 

or to learn other techniqwues
